HRCAP Workshop - Goleta
Join us at the Goleta Community Center on Thursday, November 13th from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM for an Open House Workshop to review Access Program Options for Hollister Ranch’s 8.5 miles of coastline. Following earlier community engagement and planning, we’re excited to share different approaches for providing public access while balancing other important considerations.
The Access Program Options serve as starting points for discussion, helping us understand your thoughts on balancing public access with other important considerations like conservation, cultural preservation, public safety, respect for private property, and feasibility.
RSVP (not required):
Drop in anytime between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. RSVP is not required but letting us know you’re coming helps us prepare.
Language Accessibility:
Spanish interpretation and translated materials will be provided.
What to Expect:
- Interactive open house format
- Explore detailed Access Program Options
- Share your perspective with the project team
- Connect with other community members
Why Your Input is Important:
For more than 40 years, this stretch of coastline has been inaccessible to the public. Your feedback will help shape how public access can be designed while balancing other important considerations.
